Longeole and fricassé de porc mariné (marinated pork fricassé) are two of the restaurant specialities. The products cooked come mainly from producers in the region.

The pork and beef come from the canton of Geneva. The vegetables are grown by the Genevan market gardeners.

L'Auberge des Vieux-Chênes likes to promote old, forgotten vegetables in its recipes. And the fish served comes from Lake Geneva.

From spring to autumn, you reap the benefits of a cuisine based on seasonal products!


During the hunting season, the restaurant of l'Auberge des Vieux-Chênes serves venison noisettes, jugged hare, pheasant mousse and venison carpaccio. At Christmas, the team of chefs also prepares a special menu for the occasion.

Once a year, the restaurant at l'Auberge des Vieux-Chênes organises a week of pork products. For several days, the pork-based products are produced in-house and you can taste as many of them as you like.

During the week, the plats du jour can be enjoyed for just 19.- CHF. Every Sunday, reduced menus are prepared.
